Tom cares about protecting injured victims and their families and ensuring that they receive just and fair compensation for their losses. He is also committed to servicing their businesses, and any issues that may arise including litigation, employment issues, and real estate issues.

He represents several of the local restaurants in the Columbus area, as well as, several of the independent taxicab owners in the Columbus area.
Tom can also assist you with all your commercial and residential real estate transactions including buying, selling, quieting title and completing closings. He can also litigate your real estate disputes as well.
He has over ten years of litigation experience. During his tenure, Tom was named as an Ohio "Rising Star" by a national legal publication in the year 2006. He has tried numerous cases in the Central Ohio area and has represented injured victims involved in accidents throughout the state of Ohio and is admitted to practice in all Ohio State Courts and the Southern District of Ohio.
